Our CBD oil is a full-spectrum oil made from 100% hemp. This means it contains all the components of the hemp plant, including terpenes, which give it a nutty, slightly bitter taste. And not everyone likes that.
Add CBD oil to their food
If your dog doesn't like the taste of CBD oil on its own, you can trick him a little by mixing the CBD oil into his food. This masks the taste of the oil, and most dogs hardly notice it.
Mix CBD oil with special treats
If your dog refuses to eat, there’s still one little secret weapon for picky eaters: mix the CBD oil with some extra-special treats that your finicky dog simply won’t be able to resist.
- For example, you can mix the drops with a little dog liver sausage or peanut butter made for dogs. You can then put the mixture on your hand or a licking mat and let your dog lick it off.
- Alternatively, you can also drizzle the oil onto a piece of cheese or a dog treat, let it soak in for a moment, and then feed it to your dog.

However, the most convenient option is ready-to-use treats that already contain CBD oil. The big advantage is that they’re great for on the go and have a consistent dosage, which makes daily administration much easier.
